253 College St, an Industrial Victorian warehouse building (key part of Toronto's heritage), may be demolised for a new Unervisty of Toronto residence. The new building will be 42 storeys, and will cater to students with wealthier incomes. This height and demographic may result in an influx of developers who will want to put up buildings at similar hieghts and possibly similar clientele.
